Let me be your Wellbeing and Confidence Coach. And your cheerleader!

Your best interests are what interest me. Your goals are our destination. I use insights and tools from positive psychology (the science of wellbeing) to inspire and help you to enhance your wellbeing and increase your confidence at work and in your personal life.

If you have a creative, personal or professional passion that you’d like to develop, I can inspire and help you to achieve your goals. 

Your key strengths and core values, as well as how you want to connect to yourself, to others, and to life’s possibilities are central to our sessions together. 

One-on-one coaching sessions are available worldwide via Zoom, Skype, Face Time and phone, Monday to Saturday, including weeknights.

4 or 6 session series

60-minute SESSION

A Wellbeing and Confidence coaching series includes:

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire to determine what you’re seeking from coaching.

  • Complimentary 30 minute discovery session to see if we’re a good match and to discuss your needs.

  • Pre-coaching Values In Action (VIA) strengths survey to inform our coaching series.  

  • 4 or 6 x 60-minute Zoom/phone sessions (every 2 weeks) with action plans to progress towards your goals. 

  • Personalised exercises, worksheets, journal prompts and resources (as required).

  • Email access between sessions to send written work, seek feedback or ask questions (as required).

    Investment = AUD $580 for 4 sessions or AUD $810 for 6 sessions

A 60-minute Wellbeing and Confidence coaching session includes:

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire to determine what you’re seeking from our session.

  • Complimentary 15 minute discovery session to see if we’re a good match and to discuss your needs.

  • Pre-coaching Values In Action (VIA) strengths survey to inform our session.

  • 1 x 60-minute Zoom/phone session to explore your key wellbeing and/or confidence areas; or focus on developing your personal or professional passion.

  • Personalised exercises, worksheets, journal prompts and resources (as required).

  • 1 week of email support following our session (as required).

    Investment = AUD $155 per session
