Your best interests are what interest me. Your growth and goals are our destinations.

Our sessions will focus on your key strengths and core values, as well as how you want to connect to yourself, to others and to life’s possibilities. 

My role is to inspire and empower you to make purposeful career moves, develop your leadership skills, grow your professional and personal confidence, and add more happiness to your days.

Positive psychology (the science of wellbeing), mindfulness, mindset and habits are central to my work.

One-on-one coaching sessions are available across Australia over Zoom and phone, Monday to Friday, including weeknights.

4 – 6 session series

A Wellbeing, Life or Career coaching series includes:

  • Complimentary 30 minute discovery session to see if we’re a good match and to discuss your needs.

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire to determine what you’re seeking from coaching.

  • Pre-coaching Values In Action (VIA) strengths survey to inform our coaching series (optional).  

  • 4 – 6 x 60-minute Zoom/phone sessions (every 2-3 weeks) with action plans to progress towards your goals. 

  • Personalised exercises and resources (as required).

  • Email support between sessions so you can send updates and seek feedback (as required).

    Investment = AUD $740 for 4 sessions or AUD $1,110 for 6 sessions

60-minute SESSIONs

A 60-minute Wellbeing, Life or Career coaching session includes:

  • Complimentary 15 minute discovery session to see if we’re a good match and to discuss your needs.

  • Pre-coaching questionnaire to determine what you’re seeking from coaching.

  • Pre-coaching Values In Action (VIA) strengths survey to inform our session (optional).

  • 1 x 60-minute Zoom/phone session with a takeaway action plan.

  • Personalised exercises and resources (as required).

  • 1 week of email support following your session (as required).

    Investment = AUD $185 per session
